The details you care about most
This hotel was a delightful surprise! Our room smelled fresh and was impeccably clean. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, especially at breakfast, which my husband rated as the best he's had. Its proximity to Costco was a plus for our needs. A truly nice experience overall!

The King Room struck a decent balance between comfort and space, with a solid bed setup, perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located close to major highways, which made hopping to nearby attractions a breeze.
The lobby turned into a kid's playground during my stay, as a basketball team took over, making it hard to enjoy the business area or find a quiet place to sit. Mattresses felt like they’d seen better days, begging for a replacement, while a couple of cracked floor tiles in the bathroom remained unfixed throughout my entire visit. The absence of electric vehicle charging stations is a notable miss for travelers who prefer greener options.

I really appreciated the clean and modern room, which provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive selection that included freshly baked pastries and a variety of juices. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. One downside was the location. it felt a bit far from downtown attractions.

Our 2-night stay felt overwhelmed by a basketball team's chaotic presence. Drunken adults took over the lobby, and loud dribbling echoed at dawn. Staff offered no assistance, diminishing our experience. A lack of calm contributed to our dissatisfaction.

nice stay but could improve
The room felt clean with a pleasant scent, which is often hard to find. The check-in experience was great, as the staff member was welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked items the most. One standout moment was when I realized how perfect the location was, just a few steps away from Costco for essentials.
Although everything else was pleasing, I wished for a bit more variety at breakfast.
